* Waitress (TPW)
o Female, speak good English, age between 20 and 32 year old, at least 159 cm tall with proportional weight.
o Guest service oriented, outgoing and hard working.
* Chefs de Partie (CDP)
o Has experience as Chef de Partie at least for 2 years in a 5 star International Hotel / Pan Asian Restaurants
* Chefs de Cuisine (CDC)
o Has experience as Sous Chef at least for 2 years in a 5 star International Hotel / Pan Asian Restaurants
* Assistant Tournant (AST)
o Has experience as Demi Chef at least for 2 years in a 5 star International Hotel / Pan Asian Restaurants
* Assistant Commis (ASC)
o Has 6 months education in culinary school
o Has experience as Assistant Cook at least for 2 years in a 5 star International Hotel / Pan Asian Restaurants
General Requirements:
* Strong organizational & communication English skills
* Ability to multi-task and handle constantly changing priorities
* Ability to work in culturally diverse environment
* Application should include CV, 4 pieces of recent color photograph size 4×6 cm, Letter of good conduct from local police, Copy of educational diploma(s) and Reference letter(s) from previous employer(s).
